Visiting my first school
We visited our first school today in South Jakarta. The school was amazing, operating in many ways like a New Zealand school. The children spoke English confidently. I loved the idea of meditation yoga after break time.
We saw two traditional dances, one from the island of Sumatra and one from Java. It was fantastic to be exposed to a small part of what is evidently a very rich and diverse culture.
